Just an overall feel-good amazing movie yk. I tend to watch it whenever yk i feel "alone" (oh great another lonely man in the big 2026 ik) but yeah it makes me feel happy that things might indeed just turn out okay for everyone and it's ok to be cringe (ig not sure if it's just Hollywood being Hollywood tbh) coz cringe isn't really absolute it's relative. I love Ryan Gosling in this - plays his role perfectly and his motivations too. I love every fkn movie Steve Carell is in too lmao. He's such a perfect father character and you always root for him. He's just a nice guy who's going through some shit coz he lost his way somewhere along the line but he always remembered his way back and all it took was a wake-up call that he's indeed lost and has to go back home. And the fkn soundtrack OMFG it just hits EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Bridge to Terabithia
One of my favourite childhood movies. This movie made me fkn cry for weeks lmao. It's basically a tragedy that even Shakespeare would've looked at and have gone, "Damn." I had the biggest crush on Leslie when I was young, and um... spoiler alert 🫠. The ending, where Jesse brings May to Terabithia and she makes him the king while becoming the queen herself, is one of the most beautiful scenes I've ever watched. I wouldn't even dare watch it again because of the trauma, though. But I'd 100% recommend it to a friend who hasn't seen it yet. If I suffered, they're suffering with me. 😭

One of the greatest French electronic music of all time. It's so nostalgic. So inexplicably saddening but with happiness sprinkled in between. Makes me think of all the things I used to do as a kid - my old hobbies and all everything that I've lost over the years.
